About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Loan & Business Support Officer to join our Kuala Lumpur team.

This role supports both loan processing and business administration functions for clients in the Australian financial market. It's an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in loan operations, financial documentation, and business coordination.

You'll receive structured training and supervision from experienced professionals, and work closely with our accounting and finance team to ensure smooth business operations across both Malaysia and Australia.


Key Responsibilities

Loan Processing & Servicing

  • Enter and manage loan data accurately in internal systems
  • Assist with loan pricing, servicing calculations, and loan submissions
  • Liaise with valuers, brokers, and lenders to follow up on applications
  • Track loan progress and maintain loan registers.
  • Prepare reports and summaries to support loan management

Accounting & Administrative Support

  • Support the accounting team with documentation, data entry, and filing
  • Assist with client documentation and internal administrative paperwork
  • Maintain and organise client records, ensuring information accuracy
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients and external authority

General Office & Business Support

  • Handle correspondence and basic administrative duties
  • Manage timelines and ensure deadlines are met for ongoing tasks
  • Support ad-hoc business and operational projects as required

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (full training provided)
  • Good English communication skills (spoken and written) are essential
  • Ability to read and write basic Mandarin is preferred (for documentation)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and digital tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Interest in finance, loan operations, or business administration is an advantage

Preferred (Not Essential)
  • Internship or work experience in financial services, loan processing, or accounting admin
  • Familiarity with the Australian financial or banking industry
