HR Operation Executive Sales Admin

**Job Descriptions**:
- Prepare HR document such as Employment letter, Confirmation letter, Incremental bonus letter and etc.
- Liaise with authority such as KWSP, SOCSO, LHDN, MDEC, Immigration and etc.
- Handle employee record and filing system.
- Stay updated on employment law and HR policy.
- Handle payroll system such as Autocount/SQL Payroll and prepare monthly payroll.
- Maintain employee information and payroll records e.g. allowance, salary increment, bonus, overtime etc.
- Assist with employee benefit such as leave, claim, insurance and monitor employee benefits usage.
- Travel to Expat Service Centre/Immigration HQ for documents submission.
- Arrange accommodation for expatriate.
- Liaise with training provider for employee training and development.
- Seek for training provider on related courses requested by employee.
- Assist in preparing and update quotation and sales order.
- Request purchase order and invoices from account team.
- Send out and keep track on the invoices shared to clients.
- Maintain and update purchase order shared by client.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR functions.
- Experience in employee relations, payroll, training and development, or foreign knowledge worker management is preferred.
- Good knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
