1. Assist Executive Director all matters regarding to licensing (subsidiaries company)

2. To be a role model for everyone within the team and the company.

3. To represent the company professionally in working with everyone within and outside of the company.

4. To identify areas of improvement for each team member of the department and help them to make the necessary improvements.

5. To ensure every team member is competent to perform their tasks.

6. To actively seeking new entrepreneurship (licensing/distributor) under company.

7. Able to organize an event, training/guide and monitor licensing company.

**Business Development**

1. To ensure the company’s and licensing's business development, marketing and sales activities can support their company operations, goals, Vision and Mission.

2. To identify areas of business opportunity that matches company’s competencies and growth target.

3. To suggest development and implementation business expansion strategies successfully.

4. To provide professional, comprehensive, accurate, efficient and effective services and solutions to everyone within the company, licensing, potential or existing customers.

5. To assist executive director if there is sufficient, up to date, efficient, effective Policies and Standard Operating Procedures to guide and support the works to be done within the department and company.

6. To ensure all Policies and Standard Operating Procedures within the department are followed and supported by the team.

7. To provide regular report and recommendations on all business development activities.

8. Able to work with team and less supervision

9. Active and loves to learn new things and challenging

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business Development: 4 years (preferred)
- People Management: 4 years (preferred)
