**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support to the CEO**:

- **Calendar s Schedule Management**:Oversee the CEO’s calendar, ensuring effective prioritization of appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- **Travel Coordination**:Plan and organize travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
- **Document Preparation**:Draft, edit, and manage high-level reports, presentations, and correspondence with professionalism and accuracy.
- **Meeting Coordination**:Schedule and organize meetings, ensuring seamless logistics, materials preparation, and follow-up actions.

**Strategic and Leadership Support**:

- **Decision-Making Support**:Provide the CEO with timely research, updates, and insights for informed decision-making.
- **Delegation s Prioritization**:Anticipate the CEO’s needs and delegate tasks to appropriate team members to maintain workflow efficiency.
- **Cross-Department Collaboration**:Work with internal departments to ensure communication and operational requirements are met.

**Stakeholder and Relationship Management**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, fostering positive professional relationships.
- Facilitate communication with senior leadership, board members, clients, and partners, ensuring alignment on key matters.

**Board and Committee Support**:

- Prepare agendas, reports, and materials for board meetings and executive discussions.
- Coordinate logistics and follow up on action items to support strategic initiatives.

**Confidentiality and Decision Support**:

- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Conduct in-depth research and prepare executive summaries to assist the CEO in understanding business trends and complex issues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Secretarial: 5 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person
