Personal Assistant to The Managing Director

To provide a full scope of personal assistant duties and efficient day-to-day secretarial support to the Managing Director.
- Handle all secretarial duties including scheduling meeting, making appointments, travel arrangements (such as flights & accommodations), coordinate business schedule/events, and social functions.
- To follow up on the pending project matters on behalf of the Managing Director and report to the Managing Director from time to time.
- To deal with general correspondence with internal and external parties.
- To perform and monitor assigned multi-tasks efficiently.
- To undertake special assignments and related duties as and when required by the Managing Director
- Adaptable, knowledgeable, and multi-tasker with strong communication skills & handling of negotiation process.
- Provide and suggest ideas to the Managing Director for problem solving
- Prepare and settle the monthly payment / claim for the Managing Director.
- Any other adhoc matters assigned by the Managing Director.
