Human Resources
- Maintain and update employee personal files, records, and HR database.
- Assist in recruitment processes — job posting, arranging interviews, and preparing offer letters.
- Prepare and manage employment-related documents (contracts, confirmation, warning, resignation, termination letters).
- Assist in monthly payroll preparation, including verifying attendance, unpaid leave, and overtime.
- Ensure statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) and maintain related documentation.
- Support the development and updating of company policies and HR handbook.
- Handle staff onboarding and exit formalities.
Administration
- Maintain general office administration, including filing, stationery, and document control.
- Assist with insurance, road tax, and license renewals (if applicable).
- Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and external agencies as required.
- Support management in preparing HR or admin reports when needed
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,520.50 per month
