Human Resources

  • Maintain and update employee personal files, records, and HR database.
  • Assist in recruitment processes — job posting, arranging interviews, and preparing offer letters.
  • Prepare and manage employment-related documents (contracts, confirmation, warning, resignation, termination letters).
  • Handle employee attendance, leave applications, and monthly leave records.
  • Assist in monthly payroll preparation, including verifying attendance, unpaid leave, and overtime.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) and maintain related documentation.
  • Support the development and updating of company policies and HR handbook.
  • Handle staff onboarding and exit formalities.

Administration

  • Maintain general office administration, including filing, stationery, and document control.
  • Assist with insurance, road tax, and license renewals (if applicable).
  • Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and external agencies as required.
  • Support management in preparing HR or admin reports when needed

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2, RM4,520.50 per month
