**Takaful Planner (Full-Time / Part-Time / Career Switcher Friendly)**

**1. JOB DESCRIPTION**:
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Takaful Planners. Your role will involve providing Shariah-compliant financial protection solutions to clients (individuals and businesses).

We offer a monthly allowance (RM1,500-RM3,500), commissions, bonuses, and structured training. Ideal for fresh graduates, professionals exploring a career switch, or those seeking a flexible income stream.

This is a performance-based advisory role, not a salaried employment post. Prior experience is helpful but not required.

**2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide advisory services on Takaful (family protection), savings, retirement, and legacy planning based on clients’ needs (individual and corporate).
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients and support them through regular financial reviews.
- Educate clients on financial literacy and Islamic financial planning.
- Grow your client base through networking, referrals, events, and digital marketing tools.
- Attend ongoing training and keep updated with product offerings and Shariah practices.
- (Optional) Progress into leadership and mentoring roles based on performance and interest.

**4. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR**:

- Malaysian citizens aged 21 and above
- Minimum SPM (Diploma/Degree preferred)
- Open to fresh graduates, career changers, and those seeking additional income
- Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia (English is a plus)
- Motivated, responsible, and coachable
- Experience in sales, finance, customer service, or insurance is a bonus — but not required
- You should have an interest in sales or running your own mini-business.
