**Key Responsibilities**

**1)Strategic HR Leadership**
- Act as a strategic HR advisor to senior management on organisational structure, succession planning, and culture development.
- Translate business objectives into HR initiatives that drive performance and employee engagement.

**2)Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning**
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle from job scoping, sourcing, interviewing, selection to onboarding.
- Collaborate with all department heads to forecast manpower needs and build a talent pipeline.
- Ensure a seamless, structured onboarding experience for all new hires.

**3) Employee Training & Development**
- Plan, implement and monitor internal and external training programs.
- Coordinate industrial training, leadership development and upskilling initiatives for long-term growth.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and track employee development milestones.

**4) Performance Management & Appraisal**
- Develop and continuously improve a structured performance appraisal system aligned to company goals.
- Guide department heads in setting and reviewing KPIs for fair, consistent evaluation.
- Analyse performance data to inform career progression and succession plans.

**5) Employee Relations & Engagement**
- Serve as the primary contact for all staff-related matters including grievances, counselling and disciplinary actions.
- Promote a healthy work culture and engagement through open communication and staff feedback channels.

**6) Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Oversight**
- Oversee salary administration and ensure payroll accuracy in coordination with Finance.
- Manage employee benefits including SOCSO, EPF, EIS, leave policies and other statutory compliance.
- Propose and maintain competitive C&B structures that attract and retain talent.

**7) Compliance, Policy & Risk Management**
- Ensure full compliance with Malaysian Labour Laws, statutory regulations, and internal SOPs.
- Update and implement HR policies, handbooks, and disciplinary procedures across all branches.
- Act as internal auditor on HR compliance and risk mitigation matters.

**Requirements & Qualifications**
- A recognised Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Admin, Psychology or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of Human Resource Manager experiences
- Strong leadership with proven experience handling multi-site or multi-branch teams.
- Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian Labour Laws, Industrial Relations Act, and HR best practices.
- Tech-savvy in using HR software, Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools.

**Preferred**
- Experience in the automotive industry or retail chain/branch-based SMEs
- Familiar with setting up SOPs, HR handbooks, internal audits or performance dashboards
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Hands-on personality, able to lead AND execute day-to-day tasks
- Exposure to HR digitalisation projects is an added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
