Administration Assistant

Responsible in daily office tasks and clerical duties such as data entry, documentation and filing.
- Answer and direct incoming calls.
- Attend to courier service dispatch (incoming & outgoing documents & parcels).
- Manage utility / miscellaneous bills.
- Manage utility purchase orders, renewal, and termination.
- Maintain office supplies inventory level, placing and expediting orders for further distributions.
- Attend to issues related with Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate superiors.
**Job Requirements**:
- At least 1 - 2 years of experiences in related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to implement standard office and able to operate office equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
