Assistant Manager Business Development

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop plans for home care business and revenue growth
- To offer nursing, rehabilitation, medical doctor and TCM'S doorstep services to potential customers in Klang Valley.
- To achieve revenue and profit set along with 25% profit margin.
- To conduct competitor analysis biannually or wherever there is a need to keep abreast of latest key industry markets, competitors and potential partners for business opportunities.
2. Develop home care marketing plans & identify prospective customers
- To work closely with operations/marketing colleague and agency for conventional and digital marketing activities.
- To establish channels of resources of referrals such as public and private hospitals, rehabilitation centres and nursing homes etc. to generate new leads/enquiries.
3. Convert enquiries/leads to customers and sales
- To provide service package and financial counselling to potential customers.
- To act as primary point of contact for all enquires and customers.
- To develop and maintain good customer relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Work together with Nurse Manager to assess cases before commencement of service.
4. Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for Home Care Business
- To develop SOP for relevant procedures in order to grow business steadily.
- To develop and enhance standard documents including quotations, proposals, service agreement, invoices and relevant documents to customers.
- Review SOP annually and whenever this is change of business/ problem arises.
5. Work closely with HR Department for recruitment of care staff to deploy for home care business
- Determine recruitment of permanent / locum care staff according to the business need.
- Offer competitive remuneration package to care staff while ensuring long-term business' sustainability.
- Orientate the care staff comprehensively before deployment to the customers.
- Develop networks of healthcare professionals including nursing, rehabilitation, medical doctor and TCM staff in Klang Valley and nationwide to facilitate rapid growth of the company.
6. Develop home care team including administrative and care staff
- Develop home care team in tandem with the growth of the business.
- Plan structured jobs' delegation to respective staff when the business expands
- Develop strong team to expand the home care business aggressively.
7. Manage administrative, reporting & finance tasks for home care business
- Create monthly reports/ initiatives to Senior Management
- Prepare daily report, manage data & files, bookkeeping and other relevant financial tasks.
- Ensure that all account deliverables are prepared promptly and accurately
- Forecast and track key account metrics such as monthly, quarterly & annual revenue and profit.
- Work together with headquarter to establish Home Care Application and ensure the current manual data is ready for APP integration in future.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,801.19 - RM8,000.00 per month
