This is a full-time on-site position as a Business Development Manager located in Puchong. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, building and maintaining customer relationships, and developing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. The Business Development Manager would also be responsible for conducting market research, competitor analysis, and presenting reports to the management team.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in business development, sales or relevant field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop sales strategies and identify new business opportunities
- Experience in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and presenting reports
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the Technology industry or Digital industry is a plus

**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Puchong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business Development: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
