**Business Development A.Manager (Export & Distribution)**
A person who is keen to take challenges and has strong strategic skill set to market & sell products (B2B & B2C)
To execute the necessary action for multiple products, introduce by the company in both channel (conventional & e-commerce)
To explore and develop overseas market (UK, Europe and Australia initially) and
To introduce company brand and deploy suitable sales and distribution strategies for market share in selected foreign countries.
- Plan strategies and execute activities to establish business opportunity for multiple products.
- Strong analytical thinking with good market research skills to penetrate new market or new segments of an existing market.
- Open overseas new market distribution channel through importers, dealers, showroom & distributors. Involves setting up effective distribution channels.
- Study and analyse sales performance on marketplace & online sales platform to improve and further accelerate sales growth.
- Good networking skills with some established network and contact list to assist in selling multiple products and push campaigns established by the company.
- Researching and determining product weaknesses and areas to be improved for stronger market positioning and penetration.
- Resourceful in obtaining appropriate channel to distribute products locally & overseas.
- Working with marketing team to develop effective product sales plan/campaign/ program while introducing / utilising the company digital ordering platform
- Collaborate with creative & digital team to develop digital marketing activities to enhance sales growth.
- Develop suitable business case and proposals if there are opportunities to diversify product line.
- Undertake package development strategies & ad hoc assignment as directed by superior.
**Required Skills & Qualification**
- Knowledge in Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine Optimisation & Search Engine Advertising
- Proven success track record
- Able to travel locally & overseas.
- Interpersonal effectiveness, communication, problem solving, teamwork & planning
- Savvy in Microsoft Excel, Words, Power Point etc & Presentation
- Fluent in oral & written in English - plus point other language.
- Multitasker & Analytical mindset
- High awareness and passion in today trend and tech savvy
**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
