Business Development Assistant Manager

_**Job Responsibilities: (including but not limited to)**_
- Responsible in developing new client base with the team
- Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
- Generate new business opportunities and setting up meetings with prospective clients
- Lead brainstorm project ideas and support on pitches
- Lead presentation, social events and networking where possible
- Make cold calls for new business leads
- Support in writing new business proposals and preparing for presentation
- Assist in the development and the execution of the sales plan with HOD & Directors
- Assist HOD & Director in Marco & Micro Management of marketing department
- Manage projection and planning the sales target
- Able to lead in pre-qualification exercise to tender participation
- Lead/supporting the department on sales and marketing activities
- Writing reports, meeting minutes, business proposals
- Compilation of feedback and after-sales support
- Lead in proposal management, complying to requirements, budget and timeline in meeting client’s objective
- Researching trends and creating new opportunities to increase sales
- Collaborating with sales and interdepartmental teams to ensure requirements are met, such as proposal requirement, sales target and profit goals
- Carry out sales forecast and analysis and present findings to superior/ senior management
- **Job Requirement**:_
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Sales & marketing / related field
- Min 5 years working experience as a business development executive, sales executive or a relevant role
- Ability to manage complex project & multi task
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients
- Good Negotiation skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
