**Responsibilities**:
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide administrative task support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
- Support superior in managing day-to-day operations and administrative task.
- Preparation of all HR letters
- Managing new hire documentation to be processed
- Maintaining current employee information on SAP HR and performing ad hoc updates as and when required

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Applicants must be willing to work in DKSH HQ - The Ascent, Paradigm Petaling Jaya
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

- Must be **able to start immediately.**:

- Good communication skills.
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office - Excel
