**Overview**:
The HR Manager will be the key player in developing and enhancing the workforce's capabilities, ensuring the company able to attract, develop, and retain the best talents. The HR manager will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including recruitment, training and development, performance management, employee relations, and payroll management. The HR Manager will be instrumental in preservation of the young and energetic company culture, building up an inclusive working environment which is also, motivating, inspiring and aligned with our corporate values.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain high-quality employees.
- Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Plan and oversee employee benefit programs and ensure their competitiveness.
- Promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Nurture a positive working environment maintaining a culture of efficiency, innovation, and openness.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Degree in Human Resources or related field and/or proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive for at least 3 years.
- People-oriented and results-driven.
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skill
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
