Assistant Manager, HR is responsible for a variety of Human Resources tasks and initiatives, including advising both employees and Managers on People Management Effectiveness, coaching, corrective action issues, employee development and compliance initiatives.

This role has a primary focus on assisting Head of Department in day-to day HR Operational and Administration including Payroll, Recruitment, IR/ER, Compensation & Benefit and employee data management.

**REQUIREMENT**
- Well verse of employment laws and HR best practices. Always maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations reflecting human resource functions and ensure policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance;
- Knowledge and experience in Payroll, Recruitment, HR Operation, HR Administration, IR/ER and Compensation & Benefit and other Human Resource programs;
- Good interpersonal skills, effective oral and written communication both in Bahasa and English;
- At least 5 - 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Understanding of human behaviours/diversity and team dynamic; and
- Has a knowledge in MSOffice including MS Excel, PowerPoint, SQL Payroll System, any other payroll system and HRMS.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
