**Responsibilities**:
**Job Responsibility**
- Provide Admin support for the assigned company or companies. Including but not limited to issue of Quotation, Tax Invoices, Sales Tracking, Payment Tracking, Delivery and fulfillment arrangement.
- Attend customers' sales enquiries, prepare quotations and sales orders.
- Maintain and uphold excellent relationship between company and the customers and suppliers
- Provide necessary support for superior when ever necessary.

**Job Requirements**
- Role: Group Admin Support Executive (Fresh Grad welcome)
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English & with Excellent Communication Skills.
- Fresh Grad are welcome, those with working experience can also apply.
- Possess own transport.
- Can work independently & flexible working hours.
- Aggressive, energetic, positive, customer-focused and good team player.
- Preferably able to start work immediately.
- Preferably with good computer knowledge, internet and social media.
- 1 Full-Time position available.
