Business Development Executive responsibilities include identifying potential clients, developing client relationships, maintaining key accounts, and conducting market research.

Business Development Executive will keep on clients’ feedback to ensure that our products and services always exceed expectations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential clients and the decision makers within the client organization.
- Plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company.
- Develop a rapport with new clients, and set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship.
- Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients.
- Work with the team to develop proposals that cater to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Participate in pricing the solution/service.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Website, Facebook etc.)
- Manage the organization's website: This includes updating content, ensuring the design is up-to-date, and optimizing the user experience to generate more leads.
- Optimize content for the website and social networking channels.
- Track the website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
- To be based in Kuala Lumpur
- Proven working experience as a business development executive, sales executive or a relevant role
- Proven track record in sales, business development and winning new business.
- Strong in client connection and client services
- Strong responsibility, self-motivated, able to work under high pressure
- Excellent interpersonal, communications, public speaking, and presentation skills
- Solid knowledge of different sales techniques and pipeline management
- Critical thinking, decision-making and problem-solving skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
