Logistic Administrator

1) What are the responsibilities of the role:
- Draft, manage, and execute sales and delivery orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage courier shipments using Poslaju or any other courier services, and ensure deliveries are dispatched before deadline.
- Regularly monitor and report on the progress of sales orders, ensuring all relevant parties are kept informed.
- Notify customers proactively about their order delivery status to improve customer experience.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing effective and efficient customer service.
- Oversee daily sales order processing and sales planning, ensuring all tasks meet business objectives and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with the Production Department to coordinate customer orders and manage shipment deliveries, ensuring smooth operations.
- Prepare, update, and manage key sales documents such as delivery orders, sales invoices, and payment details. Regularly update and maintain inventory records and reports for operational efficiency
2) What are the working hours and meeting expectations?
This role operates on a schedule from Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Alternate Saturday. Specific meeting requirements will be determined based on business needs.
3) Where is the work place and meeting?
The workplace is located at Eco Business Park V, Puncak Alam.
4) With who should this role work with?
This role requires close collaboration with the sales, production and warehouse teams to manage inventory levels.
5) Support and training. What will be offered?
We utilize Microsoft Dynamics ERP in our operations. Training will be provided to ensure that goods can be purchased in a timely meanner.
6) Expenses. What expenses claims are offered?
We offer allowances for travel expenses.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
