Business Manager

Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in existing and new markets.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to meet company growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring profitable outcomes for the company.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion.
2. Sales Management:
- Lead the sales team, setting clear goals and objectives to meet revenue targets.
- Develop sales strategies and campaigns that align with the company’s objectives and market demands.
- Monitor sales performance, providing coaching, feedback, and training to sales representatives.
- Oversee the development of proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Develop and implement effective sales forecasting, tracking, and reporting systems.
3. Marketing Strategy:
- Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market share.
- Manage the development of marketing materials, including brochures, websites, social media content, and advertisements.
- Analyse customer needs, expectations and market data to develop targeted marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the creation and execution of promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
4. Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead and manage a cross-functional team, including sales, marketing, and business development professionals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing and sales strategies with overall business objectives and targets.
- Drive innovation within the team, encouraging new ideas and solutions for business growth.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management on sales, marketing activities, and market trends.
5. Budget & Resource Management:
- Develop and manage the budget for the business development, sales, and marketing departments.
- Allocate resources effectively to ensure the successful execution of business and marketing strategies.
- Measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies to optimize ROI.
**Qualifications**:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years in a business, sales, and marketing management role, with a proven track record of driving growth.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing principles, techniques, and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyse market trends, customer insights, and sales data to make informed decisions.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, etc.).
