Sales Executive

The **Sales Executive - Sidr Honey** will be responsible for developing and executing sales activities to increase awareness and sales of our pure Sidr honey. The role includes identifying new customers and retailers, developing relationships with distributors and resellers, and managing both direct and online sales.
This position is **part-time and commission-based**, making it ideal for someone who can manage their time efficiently and generate measurable sales results.
**Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development**
- Identify and approach **potential buyers, retailers, health stores, and distributors**.
- Generate leads and close sales through **direct contact, online platforms, and social media**.
- Promote the Sidr honey brand by explaining product benefits, origin, and quality features.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to plan **promotions, events, and sampling campaigns**.
- Explore opportunities for **bulk and corporate gifting sales** (especially during festive seasons).
**2. Customer Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Gather customer feedback on product satisfaction, packaging, and pricing.
- Maintain a database of customers and potential leads for future outreach.
**3. Order & Delivery Coordination**
- Process customer orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate with logistics/dispatch teams to ensure smooth deliveries.
- Keep accurate records of orders, payments, and follow-ups.
**4. Marketing & Brand Visibility**
- Support in creating and managing **social media content, posts, and promotions** to increase brand awareness.
- Participate in **local markets, fairs, or exhibitions** to promote the product (if applicable).
- Suggest improvements in packaging, product presentation, and marketing materials based on customer trends.
**5. Reporting**
- Prepare **weekly or biweekly sales updates** summarizing leads, orders, and potential opportunities.
- Share market insights (competitor pricing, consumer preferences, etc.) with management.
**Qualifications & Skills**
**Essential**:
- Minimum **1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development** (FMCG, organic food, or health product experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of **digital marketing, social media sales**, or **e-commerce platforms**.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle flexible working hours.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: RM1,769.90 - RM1,800.00 per month
Expected hours: 25 per week
