**HIRING INTERNS - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (Travel Agency)**
- Location: Ipoh, Perak_
- Contract: 6 Months (Potential for Full-Time Absorption)_

We are a newly established, fully licensed travel agency specializing in **Umrah and holiday packages**. As we grow our presence in the market, we are looking for **Business Development Interns** who are passionate about travel, marketing, and building strong customer connections. This internship offers hands-on experience in the travel industry with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role after successful performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our Umrah and other travel packages.
- Manage and grow our **social media platforms** (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) with creative and engaging content.
- Support in **content creation**: videos, graphics, blogs, and promotions tailored to different audiences.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, travel trends, and opportunities.
- Assist in planning and coordinating events, roadshows, or campaigns.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships by responding to inquiries and providing excellent service.
- Collaborate with the team to explore innovative ideas to **expand the brand visibility** and drive sales.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism Management, or related field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills (Bahasa Melayu & English; Arabic is a plus).
- Creative mindset with basic knowledge of **Canva, video editing, or social media tools**.
- Eager to learn, self-motivated, and willing to contribute ideas.
- Passion for the **travel and Umrah industry**.
