Job Summary: We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building long-term relationships with clients, and driving the company's growth in new markets. Key Responsibilities**:Identify and target new business opportunities across various industries and geographies.** Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, clients, and partners. **Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.** Lead the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals. **Collaborate with the sales team to create strategies that align with business development goals.** Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and stay ahead in the market. **Manage and maintain a sales pipeline, track performance, and provide regular reports to senior management.** Negotiate and close business agreements and contracts in line with company goals and profitability targets. **Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Required Skills and Qualifications**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field ( Engineering ) **5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in Industrial.** Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and business growth target. **Strong understanding of business development strategies and sales cycles.** Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. **Ability to build strong, lasting relationships with clients and partners.** Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and results-oriented approach. **Ability to work independently and as part of a team.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
