1. To assist formulate and implement human resources policies and procedures, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and government regulations pertaining to employment practices. 2. To assist review and formulate Company structure and HR requirements and provide recommendations for improvement to Management setup. 3. To develop and coordinate all aspects of Human Resource, with a focus on implementing strategies that allow all branches and departments within the company to operate more efficiently and increase productivity. 4. Reviewing & updating job descriptions for all positions regularly. 5. Handle the recruitment & selection, termination, transfer, appraisal, promotion, compensation, rewards and disciplinary matters of employees. 6. Must understand importance of confidential information and handle it in an appropriate manner 7. Support and assist the Head of Admin & Human Resource to maintain, update and deliver the objectives of the Human Resources Strategy and Human Resources Business Plan. 8. Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information. 9. Investigate employees' misconduct and to carry out the appropriate disciplinary procedures. 10. Investigate into and report on employee's grievances. 11. Formulate and implement HR training and development programmers. 12. Plan, deploy, manage, train and appraise personnel in the department. 13. Communicating and explaining the organizations HR policies to the employees 14. Continually educate employees on company policies and keep employee handbook current 15. To assist to builds, directs, manages, and ensures implementation and effectiveness of company 16. To monitoring and follow up performance improvement plan & 121 coaching progress for all level 17. To monitoring continuous performance, quality improvement effort and reporting system. 18. To assist monitor the performance appraisal program and acts in an advisory capacity to branches/department heads on process.
