**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for monthly payroll administration and staff attendance verification.
- To assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- To facilitate employees’ onboarding and offboarding process such as induction training and exit interview
- To generate monthly HR reports in timely and accurate manner, including all periodic and annual regulatory filing and submission of HR regulatory documents.
- Assist in organizing company event and training by providing general administrative support.
- Assist with development and maintenance of HR policies.
- Handle employee inquiries and concerns by providing guidance and resolution as needed.
- To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess at least Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 1 -2 year(s) of full human resources generalist experience, preferably in the retail industry
- Familiar with Employment Act, Labour Laws and other related statutory requirements.
- Discipline, well organized, show great attention to detail, reliable and able to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to handle tight timeline
- Organized, responsible and detail-oriented person
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage

**Location: Thunder Match Technology Sdn. Bhd. (TMT HQ)**

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
