1. **Program Management**:

- Coordinate program activities, including meetings, workshops, and events.
- Monitor program progress and report on outcomes.

2. **Communication and Collaboration**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for program participants, partners, and customers and student recruitment plans.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations and community members.
- Prepare and distribute program materials, newsletters, and updates.

3. **Data Management and Reporting**:

- Collect, analyze, and maintain program data to support evaluation efforts.
- Prepare reports and presentations for potential clients and agency who recruit students, funding and management.
- Ensure compliance with funding requirements and organizational policies.

4. **Administrative Support**:

- Assist with COO plans and prepare reports.
- Maintain program documentation and files.
- Support grant writing and funding proposals as needed and always work together with COO.

5. **Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for program enhancements and efficiencies.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning efforts.
- Stay updated on best practices and trends in program coordination.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- one of experience in program coordination or project management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft and must be excellent on outlook
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passion for the intuitions developments and willing contribute to the progress of the college.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with program coordinator job and we welcome fresh graduates
- Familiarity with Microsoft and must be excellent on outlook.
- Knowledge of program coordinator work.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
