**Job description** **Responsibilities**: - Completes accurately the necessary documentation to manage customer complaints, issues and subsequent solutions. - Responsible for identifying and escalating customer issues to the appropriate department. - Maximizes opportunities to up sell or cross-sell Bank’s products and services whenever to meet customer’s needs. - Updates customer data and other relevant information into the relevant systems (as required) accurately.. **Job Requirements**: - At least a recognized Diploma / SPM / STPM or equivalent certificate holders with at least 5 years of work experience in CS is considered) - Strong customer service mindset with good communication and excellent problem solving skills. - Possess good communication skills (verbal and written English), additional Mandarin verbal ability is preferred - Ability to work on a 24/7 shift including weekends and Public Holidays on rotational basis - **Earliest shift start at 6am, latest shift end by 3am**: - **9.5 hours per shift including 1 hour break (additional 0.5 hours comfort break)**: - **5.5 days per week (Mon-Fri 8.5 hours & Sat 5 hours, 2 off day maybe split)**: - **1 month classroom training (Mon - Fri, 9am - 6.30pm) Mandatory attendance** **Interview Process**: Submission of CV & documents > Online Assessment > Interview > Shortlisted > Offer > Pre-employment check & medical check > Onboard **Remuneration Package**: - Basic is up to RM4,000 or negotiable depending on experience - RM350 per month Shift Allowance - RM300 per month Mandarin Language Allowance - RM500 Bonus upon confirmation (1 time off) - Transport Allowance (Start before 7am/ End after 12am) - Quarterly KPI Incentive - OT Meal Allowance Claimable - Insurance & Medical Coverage included dependent - 21 days of annual leave - 14 day medical leave - Dental & Optical RM400 per annum - Performance bonus and salary review in March **Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,200.00 per month **Benefits**: - Dental insurance - Health insurance - Vision insurance Schedule: - Rotational shift Supplemental pay types: - Performance bonus - Signing bonus Ability to commute/relocate: - Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required) **Education**: - SPM/STPM - Diploma - Degree (preferred) **Experience**: - Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - Mandarin (preferred) - English (preferred) **Salary**: Up to RM4,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Dental insurance - Health insurance - Meal allowance - Professional development - Vision insurance Supplemental pay types: - Performance bonus - Signing bonus Ability to commute/relocate: - Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred) **Education**: - STM/STPM (preferred) **Experience**: - Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - Mandarin (preferred) - English (preferred)
