We are a Lokal brand of studio/ video light and a market leader in wall mounted studio backdrop system. (Kami adalah jenama Lokal untuk lampu studio/ video dan peneraju pasaran dalam sistem wall mounted backdrop.)

**Responsibilities**:

- To assist your supervisor on day to day sales outlet operations (Bantu penyelia dalam operasi harian kedai)
- To assist customers to ensure smooth sales and purchase transaction of walk in customers. (Bantu pelanggan untuk memastikan urusan jualan dan pembelian berjalan lancar untuk pelanggan yang singgah kedai kami)
- To promote and educate our client of our products and help them with the purchase of studio lighting and also backdrop. (Untuk mempromosikan dan mendidik pelanggan kami tentang produk kami dan membantu mereka dengan pembelian lampu studio dan juga backdrop).
- Answering online queries to draw sales/ walk in customers to outlet (Menjawab pertanyaan/ chat online untuk menarik pelanggan ke kedai jualan)

**Requirements**:

- Experience in retail sales is not necessary, training will be provided (Pengalaman tidak diperlukan, latihan disediakan)
- Pleasant and outgoing personality (Penampilan yang mesra)
- Good communication skills (Kemahiran berkomunikasi yang baik)
- Knowledge in IT, strong interest in technology appliances or photography/ videography would be an added advantage, but not compulsory (Pengetahuan dalam IT dan minat yang kuat dalam alat teknologi atau fotografi / videografi adalah satu kelebihan, tetapi tidak wajib)
- Being a responsible and accountable person is a must. We hire for your attitude, not entirely your skills :) (Menjadi orang yang bertanggungjawab dan akauntabel adalah satu keharusan. Kami mengambil pekerja berdasarkan sikap, bukan semata-mata kemahiran)
