**Responsibilities**:
**Position: SALES EXECUTIVE**
**Key Role: Retail Sales & Business Development**
This role is suitable for a highly driven and entrepreneurial mindset individual who has the passion, knowledge, and experience in relevant sales and business development of the retail or e-commerce industry.
- Responsible for developing sales and business development strategies and plans; execute sales goals; manage brand and product introduction or expansion, and closing sales and enhance the expansion of retail and in bulk purchases
- Plan, pitch, manage, responsible for customers and sales acquisitions, the development of retail customers all across the country
- Researching and generating sales prospects & leads; drives sales through the engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing of product knowledge
- In charge of customer acquisitions, introduction of products, pitching of business plans, guiding customers to place orders, signing of sales or purchase agreements and customer handling
- Responsible for building, managing and maintaining customer relationships and long-term strategic engagement plans for customers
- Ensure persistent and consistent plannings and strategies with positive efforts and determinations and confidence in taking actions to acquire results independently
- Analyse and provide input or overview on potential markets, opportunities and growth to achieve desired results
- Manage operations with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, managing stock taking, pricing listing, delivering and promotion strategies, and any other related
- Provide timely updates and reports of plans and results, and communicate with management and team effectively
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Degree in Marketing/Business/E-commerce or other relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales/ leads generation/ business development role(s) is preferred. Any retail/ e-commerce/ fashion industry background is an advantage.
- Demonstrated strength in strategy development and problem-solving.
- Strong leadership, good strategy thinking, delegation, and development skills.
- Passionate and have strong desire in sales and business development, able to put actions into achieving sales goals and targets, number driven achiever.
- Good interpersonal skills, with ability to influence others.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Optimistic attitude & has strong perseverance towards achieving sales targets.
- Organized, detail oriented, a goal-driven and analytical mindset, good analytical skills in numbers and data.
- Good time management, ability to work under pressure and independently.
- Open to fun and interactive working culture.
- Full time job at an office based in Kota Damansara.
- Basic salary range at RM3K-4K according to experience + Commission on sales acquired
