Working Days: Monday - Friday | Saturday (Half Day)
Working Hours:

- Weekdays: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

**Salary**: RM2,000 - RM2,500 + Commission
Location: 56C, Tingkat 1, Perak Plaza, Jalan Perak, 10150 Georgetown, Pulau Pinang

1) Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote catering services to corporate clients, weddings, social events, and regular customers
2) Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities in the catering industry
4) Manage and update company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to boost engagement and brand awareness
5) Build relationships with clients and event organizers to secure new bookings
6) Coordinate catering promotions and exhibitions, including food tastings, roadshows, and community events
7) Handle customer inquiries professionally, provide quotations, and suggest suitable packages based on their needs and budget
8) Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, analyze data, and report on performance to management
9) Collaborate closely with the operations and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction
10) Maintain and uphold the company’s image and reputation, ensuring all marketing materials align with the company’s brand identity

**Requirements / Preferred Qualifications**
1) Experience in marketing, preferably within the F&B or event industry
2) Proficiency in managing social media platforms and digital marketing tools
3) Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client relationship building
4) Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content
5) Analytical skills to assess marketing campaign effectiveness and customer feedback
6) Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently to meet deadlines
7) Familiarity with event coordination and catering services is a plus
