HR Executive

Develop, implement, and review HR policies, procedures, and strategies to align with business objectives and statutory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and HR-related legal requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Oversee employee training and development programs, including HRDF administration.
- Manage monthly payroll processing and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN).
- Administer performance appraisals, and prepare or recommend bonuses and salary adjustments.
- Work with management and department heads on employee relations, feedback, and disciplinary matters.
- Monitor daily attendance and manage employee leave records.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure employee information is updated in the HR system.
- Handle all insurance-related matters.
- Prepare and manage HR documentation.
- Support other ad-hoc HR duties and organizational projects as assigned.
**Job Requirements**
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in English, Malay, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- 5-day work week.
- Work location: Ulu Tiram.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,200.00 per month
