Working Days**:5 days a week: 1pm-10pm or 3pm-12am shift.**
**Salary**: RM1700 - RM2500
**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Troubleshooting and Client Assistance
- Address and resolve client inquiries related to the system, providing effective troubleshooting support.
- System Demonstrations and Tutorials
- Conduct system demos and tutorials for clients to ensure they fully understand and can utilize our products effectively.
- Support Management with Ad Hoc Tasks
- Assist management with various administrative and operational tasks as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- No certificate requirement, No experience needed
- Proficiency in **speaking, reading, and writing Chinese**.
- Good **computer**knowledge and skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
