Employment Status: Permanent (On Site)

Salary Range: RM5,000.00- RM6,500.00 (Depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:

- Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take accurate meeting minutes, and track follow-up actions.

Communication Management:

- Act as the primary liaison between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft, review, and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Facilitate communication of company directives and initiatives on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Travel and Itinerary Management:

- Ensure comprehensive and efficient travel plans that align with the Managing Director’s preferences and objectives.
- Project and Task Coordination:

- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing strategic projects as directed.
- Conduct research and prepare data or reports to support informed decision-making.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure all deliverables are met.
- Office Operations Support:

- Coordinate with department heads and team members to streamline workflows and communications.
- Manage confidential records and ensure accurate documentation practices.
- Event Coordination:

- Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events, CSR, meetings, and conferences.
- Oversee venue bookings, invitations, and catering arrangements.

Key Qualifications:

- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or any other related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the travel and tourism sector.
- Skills and Competencies:

- Superior organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong English & Malay in both verbal and written communication abilities. Possess understand of Mandarin/Chinese will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant business tools.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic situations and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive working relationships.
