Sales & Office Admin

**Sales Administration**:
- Facilitate the order process from start to finish, including order processing, invoicing, and completion.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
- Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
**Office Administration**:
- Ensure the general management of the office by overseeing operational efficiency and effective communication.
- Manage company facilities, vendor contracts, and relationships, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality service.
- Serve as the primary liaison between company staff and building managers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Oversee office functions and services, including ordering office supplies (stationery, equipment, etc.).
- Organize and coordinate internal and external events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Foster a positive office culture and employee experience by maintaining an efficient and productive work environment.
**Qualifications:Education and Experience**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales support, office administration, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
**Skills and Competencies**:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Basic understanding of vendor management and office operations.
Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
