Prepare, type, and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
- Develop and maintain filing system.
- Responsible to order stationery and record in and out of office stationery.
- Responsible to purchase needs in the pantry.
- Responsible to keep company secretary documents.
- Update and record details of company vehicle.
- Prepare summary of utilities.
- Responsible to office machines such as photocopiers computers and faxes.
- Manage the store room including maintaining full record keeping.
- Answering phone calls.
- Respond and record incoming and outgoing document.
- Organize, schedule and note down minutes of meeting
- Update & Record contact list.
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: From RM1,800.00 per month
