**Job Summary: -**

Responsible in daily operation of incoming items and customer walk-in or daily operation of outgoing items.

**Duties and responsibilities: -**

**Incoming**:

- To ensure proper attire and self-discipline at all time.
- To maintain profitability of the operation.
- To maintain politeness while dealing with customer.
- To ensure proper handling of customer calibration item, receipt, and dispatch.
- Responsible for physical inspection of items received.
- Responsible to report to related Sales personnel in case physical damage had been observed.
- Responsible to send the item received notification to customer
- Responsible to receive and distribute calibration items to respective laboratory are sent in.
- Responsible for dispatch calibration items.
- To monitor KIV items.

**Outgoing**:

- To ensure proper attire and self-discipline at all time.
- To maintain profitability of the operation.
- To maintain politeness while dealing with customer.
- To ensure proper handling of customer calibration item, receipt, and dispatch.
- Responsible for physical inspection of items before packing.
- To ensure proper handling and packing of calibrated items.
- To assist in arranging delivery for Shah Alam via courier.
- To assist in arranging delivery among branches via courier and dispatch trip.
- To arrange courier service and prepare consignment note for outgoing items.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bukit Mertajam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
