**Job Purpose**:

- To ensure published listings are compliant to listing guideline;
- Moderate newly created / edited listings within the agreed SLA for both post and pre moderation;

**Responsibilities**:

- Moderate listings as per the guideline (picture angles, description and average demand price)
- Monitor live listings to identify obsolete listings and delete accordingly
- Keep track of new car launches for all models and update the details in the portal
- Collaborate with Account Management to ensure dealers comply to the listing guideline
- Manage variant code (vehicle code) with Redbook to ensure all models are available in the portal for listing creation

**Essential knowledge, skills and abilities**:

- Knowledge of various car makes/brands
- Interest to learn more about Malaysia's automotive industry
- Extremely high standards of accuracy and time management
- Able to support the moderation process during weekends and/or public holidays on a rotation basis
- Able to communicate well with internal stakeholders
- Maintain absolute integrity and confidentiality; To do what is right in any situation
