Human Resource Executive

1. Assist on the establishment of Human Capital Business Plan related to Talent Development, Talent Retention and HR Information System.
2. Assist the coordination of Human Capital activities between Group and subsidiaries.
3. Assist in management of Talent Development, Talent Retention and HR information scopes which covers the following:
**a. Talent Development**
- Assist in preparing competencies management plan comprises of talent assessment and development.
- Prepare work plan in relation to competencies management activities.
- Assist the coordination of resources for competencies management activities based on priority.
- Perform competencies assessment efficiently starting with preparation of relevant documents, follow up submission by departments, gather and key in assessment data up to preparation of relevant proposals.
- Execute training and development programs as per the agreed timeline up to evaluation of training.
**b. Talent Retention**
- Assist in preparing the talent retention plan including employee engagement and career progression.
- Prepare the work plan in relation to the talent retention plan.
- Assist the co-ordination of available resources for talent retention based on priority.
- Perform talent retention plan effectively according to the execution timeline starting from consolidation and processing relevant information and documents up to execution of talent retention activities.
- Gather and analyse data to prepare report on activities carried out as planned.
- Prepare report based on the activities carried out.
- Comply with talent retention SOP's.
**c. HR Information System**
- Assist in preparing HR Information System (HRIS) plan.
- Prepare work plan in relation to HRIS activities.
- Prepare report based on the activities carried out.
- Perform HRIS plan efficiency starting acquiring, storing, updating, analyzing, retrieving and distributing pertinent information up to maintaining the system. Gather and analyse data to prepare report on activities carried out as planned.
- Comply with HRIS SOP's.
4. Comply with statutory bodies requirements.
5. Assist in managing business operations risk to efficiency minimize the risk impact.
6. Gather and analyse data to prepare report on activities carried out as planned.
7. Prepare report based on the activities carried out on monthly, quarterly, and annually basis.
8. Foster good relationship with the stakeholders as well as employees.
9. Take charge of own self-development.
10. Comply with relevant human capital policies and procedures.
11. Perform other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
**Job Specification**
Basic Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent; or Certification in Human Resource Management.
Experience: At least internship in Human Resource Management.
- Must be able to prepare Talent Development (TD), Talent Retention (TR), and HR information System (HRIS) plan align with organizational objectives.
- Must be able to coordinate resources including the people, budget, infrastructure, system and technology.
- Must be capable of leading the implementation of talent acquisition and HRIS plan according to Standard Operation Procedures (SOP's), Limit of Authority (LOA) and other regulatory requirements.
- Must be able to consolidate relevant information related TD, TR, and HRIS activities.
- Must be capable of preparing progress report and recovery plan related to talent acquisition for management's updates and approval.
- Must be able to establish and revise the SOP's and propose for improvements.
- Able to make decision timely.
- Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
**Job Type**: Contract
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,200.00 per month
