**Job Title: Recruitment Executive**

**Location: Setapak, Kuala Lumpur**

**Employment Type: Full Time**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Relationship Building**: Establish and maintain strong connections with part-time and full-time retail promoters to foster engagement and loyalty.
- **Talent Sourcing**: Utilize databases, job advertisements, and referrals to identify and attract the best retail promoters.
- **Briefings and Training**: Lead job briefings and training sessions to ensure retail promoters are fully prepared and aligned with client expectations.
- **Ad-hoc Projects**: Provide recruitment support for special projects and assist in event setups as required.
- **Client Servicing**: Deliver excellent service to clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Education**: Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- **Experience**: Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role is highly advantageous.
- **Organizational Abilities**: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage recruitment processes efficiently.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with job advertising platforms, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems.
- **Problem-Solving**: Proactive mindset with the ability to address challenges and find solutions quickly.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative and adaptable, with a willingness to support various recruitment projects.
