HR & Admin Manager

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- Possess at least a Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial role in HR & Admin Functions, with a strong focus on HR operations and people management.
- Experience in manufacturing or similar industries is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and employment and labour act requirements, including foreign worker management.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR management software.
- Demonstrate ability to manage a diverse workforce (including foreign workers).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with all levels of staff.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Willing to travel to Nilai factory as needed for HR matters. (At least once a week and as and when needed)
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and develop a team.
- Proven ability to manage complex HR and administrative tasks with a hands-on approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent planning and cost management skills.
- Fluency in Mandarin (speaking, writing, and reading) is required.
- Malaysian only.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- Coordinate with the payroll team for accurate processing and compliance.
- Update company policies and maintain the employee handbook.
- Manage employee benefits, wellness programs, and events.
- Handle hiring and onboarding for local and foreign staff within budget.
- Foster a positive workplace, address grievances, and provide support.
- Implement policies, manage disciplinary actions, and termination processes.
- Organize training, mentorship, and career growth programs.
- Ensure legal compliance for foreign employees via outsourcing agencies.
- Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation.
- Monitor headcount and training costs with department heads
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
