Admin & HR Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- **1) Recruitment & Selection**_
- Assist in advertising, screening and arrangement of interview.
- **2) Training & Development**_
- Coordinate with training providers on employees’ training needs
- Maintain and update employees’ training and development records for ISO compliance
- Assist in exploring training programs to enhance employees' skills
- **3) Human Resource Administration**_
- Maintain and update staff leave information, e.g. annual leave / sick leave / public holiday / unpaid leave / disciplinary record
- Assist in conducting induction program for new employee
- Checking of staff attendance record for payroll processing
- To prepare on-boarding and off-boarding documentations
- Assist in the monthly payroll and report whilst maintaining all the data accurately and in confidence
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate in vendors’ invoices for payment
- Preparation of official letters / announcements / internal memos
- Maintain and update employees’ insurance information, e.g. addition / deletion of employee from insurance listing
- Maintain and update employee personal information in personal file and payroll system
- Attend to matters related to employee relations, discipline and grievances.
- **4) Administration**_
- Repair & maintenance of office equipment / building facilities
- Follow up in business license renewal, permit renewal for foreign worker, Microsoft license renewal
- Monitor stock balances, order, and replenish of stationery supplies;
- Ordering of refreshment for meeting, training, prayer
- Prepare minutes meeting report when necessary
- Assist in monthly stock take audit
- Involve in ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 9001: 2015 document control
- Compile data for ESG report and assist in Anti Bribery Management System (ABMS) documentations and related matters.
- Other ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by superior including preparation of annual dinner, TMpoint, Lembaga Air Selangor, TNB, etc
**Job Qualification / Requirement**
- Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent
- Must possess own transport
**Experience**
- At least one to two years working experience in human resource and admin
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Seri Kembangan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
