**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Production Operations**
- Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising daily factory production to achieve output and delivery targets.
- Ensure smooth workflow across converting, packaging, and warehousing processes.
- Monitor machine performance and production efficiency to minimize downtime and wastage.
- Coordinate closely with Planning and Supply Chain teams to ensure raw materials availability and schedule adherence.

**2. Product Quality & Process Control**
- Enforce strict adherence to quality standards for tissue and cotton products.
- Work with the QA/QC team to resolve defects or process deviations quickly.
- Ensure all products comply with internal and customer specifications.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product consistency and reduce rejects.

**3. Machinery & Maintenance**
- Supervise preventive maintenance plans for converting and packaging machines.
- Support troubleshooting and quick recovery during breakdowns.
- Recommend machine upgrades or process automation where necessary.

**4. People & Team Management**
- Supervise and guide production supervisors, line leaders, and operators.
- Conduct on-the-job training to enhance operational skill levels.
- Promote teamwork, discipline, and a performance-driven culture on the production floor.
- Support manpower planning, attendance management, and shift scheduling.

**5. Safety, Hygiene & Compliance**
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment in line with **FMCG hygiene standards**.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, internal EHS policies, and factory GMP practices.
- Conduct periodic audits on 5S, housekeeping, and personal hygiene compliance.

**6. Reporting & Coordination**
- Prepare and analyze daily/weekly/monthly production reports (output, OEE, wastage, downtime).
- Present key findings and improvement plans during management reviews.
- Liaise with QA, Maintenance, HR, and SCM departments for effective coordination.

**Job Requirements (JR)**
- **Education**: Diploma / Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum **5 years of experience** in FMCG manufacturing (preferably in tissue, cotton, or hygiene product industries).
- At least **2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial position**.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of converting, cutting, rewinding, packaging, and labeling processes.
- Experience in production planning, process control, and efficiency optimization.
- Familiar with ISO, GMP, and 5S standards.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Analytical, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Hands-on, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- **Language**: Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an advantage).
- **Others**: Willing to work extended hours, shifts, or weekends when required.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
