**Responsibilities**: - Manage the factory ensuring high quality business activities with maximum efficiency, production, service and profitability for the organisation. - Contribute to training and development of the team - Overall responsibility for performing all duties in compliance with related legal/statutory regulations, professional duties, responsibilities and obligations and insert as applicable e.g. Best Practice Guidelines, ISO certification, Halal, etc - Manage, direct and monitor the overall performance of the factory - Effective liaison with and support and assistance to the whole of the organisation - Maintain and improve mechanisms for factory production and activities, including surveying and measuring the operations, processes, outcomes and profitability and disseminate feedback to the appropriate internal entities - Developing plans for the factory’s progress, production improvement and general growth - Support to all other units/departments with related issues - Subject to agreed criteria, recruitment, training, set action and targets, appraise and manage performance, development, coaching and general support of all team members to ensure targets are met - Delegate authority and responsibility to team with supervision, accountability and review - Responsibly use resources and control expenses to meet budgetary controls - Interact and co-operate with all members of the organisation, its suppliers and customers - Any other duties assigned by the management **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Logistics, or related field. - At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the manufacturing industry is required for this position. - Required language(s): English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia - Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a factory. - Certification in Production and Inventory Management as well as Quality Control. - Sound knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment. - The ability to multitask. - Outstanding time management skills. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong management and leadership skills. - Effective communication skills. **Working hour: Monday - Saturday (8.00am - 5.00pm)** **For MALYSIAN ONLY.** Kindly send in your updated resume to "tracylim at orgresources dot com dot my" or contact us at 06-336.1851/1852 (Tracy Lim) **Salary**: RM2,324.20 - RM8,500.00 per month **Benefits**: - Health insurance - Opportunities for promotion Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental pay types: - Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: - Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - factory manager: 5 years (preferred)
