**Factory Manager (Furniture Industry) / Muar / Salary up to RM10,000**

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the production process and supervise the workers.
- Decide what resources are required.
- Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
- Monitor product standards and implement quality control programs.
- Work with management team to implement the company's policies and goals.
- Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed.
- Review worker performance.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field (Production management of furniture manufacturing) is required for this position.
- Fluent in Mandarin (to deal with Mandarin speaking clients/partners), Bahasa Malaysia and English (Spoken & Written).
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
