ABOUT THE ROLE

To be responsible for the execution of the production and quality control activities to ensure high data quality, detecting and flag issues arose. This role requires someone with a track record of delivering excellence in a team environment. You will interact with different countries' operation teams in this collaborative environment to deliver high-quality data, on time.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- To identify issues or mismatch figures/data in a long list of questions in raw counts and codebook QC
- To produce QC reports and check to see if the data is okay
- Participating in Quality Control for all aspects of the process
- be responsible for ensuring all QC checks and analyses required by the Operations Team are completed within agreed timeframes and procedures and according to instructions received.
- ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
- Previous experience working with questionnaires including working with the data or being involved in creating or updating questionnaires
- Work experience in areas of data analysis preferred
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets (MS Office in general)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet tight delivery deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Organizational skill: the ability to plan and coordinate activities in a way to meets the goals
- Commitment and attitude: dedication to the team and organization, enthusiasm for adding value, and his/her ability to act effectively without guidance.
- Attention to detail: Ability to pay attention to detail and ensure the quality of the output and also able to consistently deliver “ right first time” for every delivery.
- Results-oriented: ability to be relied upon to meet goals, targets, and daily tasks within required timeframes
- Creative problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong focus on client needs & service
- Basic SQL knowledge preferred
