**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Training and Development **- address skill or training deficits among employees and provide them with the necessary tools to strengthen their skill sets and improve their performance.
- **Performance Management** - carry out observations, periodic or annual appraisals as well as the performance improvement program. Monitor progress and provide proper evaluations.
- **Employee Relations** - prevent and resolve problems or disputes between employees and management. Assist in creating and enforcing policies that are fair and consistent for Hayan workforce.
- **Employment Law and Compliance** - stay familiar and up to date with employment law and ensure the organization policies, procedures, and benefits comply with the latest laws.
- **Compensations and Benefits** - uphold the benefits and related policies set forth by the management and advise employees accordingly.
- **Discipline Enforcement **- create and enforce company’s policies and procedures that comply with employment laws and regulations.
- **Policy Development and Update **- periodically assess and update existing company policies in order to comply with current regulations. Advise and assist in creating new and necessary policies for governance.
- **Employee Retention **- advise the company management in strategies and programs necessary to keep top talent from leaving the company.
- **Employee Data and Documentations **- maintain all employees’ data and documentations throughout the HR workflow.
- **Payroll System** - Track and manage employee work hours, prepare compensation checks, calculate bonuses and increments, and respond to employee questions about wages and deductions.
- Other tasks assigned by the management.
**Job requirements**:
- B.Sc/M.Sc in Human Resource Management or a similar field.
- 5 - 8 years proven experience working as an HR executive or its equivalent.
- Having experience with ISO and social compliance audits is highly advantageous.
- High proficiency in both English and Malay languages.
- Familiarity with the HRM software(s) and department automation.
- Well-rounded HR experience, i.e. recruitment, compensation and benefits, payroll, talent management, performance management, legislations, employee grievance and counselling management, documentations, disciplinary enforcement, foreign worker management etc.
- Strong communication skills, collaborative, roll-up-the-sleeves mindset, positive attitude, problem solver mentality, leadership qualities and understanding of professionalism and confidentiality.
Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
