- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the target market.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in prospective client organizations.
- Present and articulate the value proposition of Green Quarter's products and services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align strategies and maximize business opportunities.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to inform product development and marketing efforts.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and upcoming opportunities.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales activities and customer interactions.
