Customer Service Support

Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Provide troubleshooting to ensure that customers are able to get the services that they subscribed to.
- Ability to identify the root cause of the issue that the customer is facing and provide a logical solution.
- Improves system performance by identifying problems; recommending changes.
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
**Requirement**
- Open for SPM, Diploma & Degree in any discipline
- Must be flexible in shift hours, and able to be on standby.
- Customer-orientated with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Passionate and enthusiastic about customer service
- Effective team player with pleasant disposition and personality
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift
- Weekend jobs
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
