Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service.
- Provide accurate and clear information about products, services, and promotions.
- Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Ensure all customer inquiries and support tickets are followed up and resolved in a timely manner.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments or supervisors when necessary.
- Assist in collecting and reporting customer feedback to help improve service quality.
- Stay up to date with company products, services, policies, and customer service best practices.
- Participate in training programs and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
- Support the implementation of customer loyalty programs and assist customers with point inquiries or redemptions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor or management to support customer service goals.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, business management, or in a related field preferred.
- At least 2 years' experience as a customer experience specialist, or a similar customer support role.
- Extensive experience in gathering and interpreting customer experience information.
- Solid knowledge of online customer engagement platforms and channels.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools (e.g., Zendesk, Willdesk)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach.
- Great organizational and time management abilities.
- Superb communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
